American Roofing and Restorations provides commercial roofing Frisco, TX property owners and property managers can approach with confidence. Our work centers on documented roof inspection, durable commercial roofing systems, clear communication, and disciplined project planning for commercial properties across Frisco and North Texas.
Frisco, Texas faces intense summer heat, severe thunderstorms, hail damage, wind, and heavy rainfall. Those conditions make drainage, thermal reflectivity, wind-uplift performance, impact resistance, and installation quality critical to long term performance.
A commercial roof in North Texas must tolerate UV exposure, heat cycling, storms, hail, wind, and heavy rain. Roofing materials should therefore be selected around building conditions, not price alone.
Drainage capacity, insulation resistance, attachment methods, and hail impact ratings all influence system performance.
American Roofing and Restorations is a family-owned, veteran-owned roofing company serving North Texas. ARR is fully insured and is a GAF Authorized Commercial Roofing Contractor. The company also uses AI-powered drone imaging and professional measurement tools to support detailed inspections and transparent estimates.
ARR’s brand is built around professionalism, education, trust, and long-term quality rather than lowest-price selling or high-pressure tactics.
American Roofing and Restorations’s reviews consistently highlight the same themes: honesty, clear communication, professional workmanship, responsiveness, insurance guidance, and the value of drone-supported roof inspections.

Not only did they do a great job, they responded quickly with an estimate and very clear pricing! (A rarity these days). The guys were great and were able to come fix my barn roof in only a few days. They worked hard in the rain and wind to get the job done when they said it would be done. And, they gave a military discount. All-around great company to work with, will do so again the future!Posted on Google![]()

Great customer service. Used a drone for inspection so no one would have to physically get on the roof. Identified and fixed a missing shroud cover that the pre-purchase inspection missed.Posted on Google![]()

Brian was super-knowledgeable about roofs. Old ones (like originally built on our 50s vintage house), newer ones ( like installed by the con artists who re-roofed the place in the mid-2000s cutting every corner they could!) and then modern ones meeting current codes with materials and construction techniques implemented to achieve a well-functioning and long-lasting not to mention beautifully finished product (including skylight replacements and ventilation upgrades). The installation crew was lightning fast and neat as a pin. I literally found less than 5 roofing nails and no shingle fragments at all in the yard after the job was done! High marks to American Roofing and Restoration!!Posted on Google![]()

We hired American Roofing and Restorations for our home in Windsor. They were very efficient and made several changes to our existing roof in terms of adding vents and making it more durable with the types of flashing, rain/snow blockers in the valleys etc. They were also very good at the follow up to the job and cleaning the entire area. Great work!
Commercial roofs in Frisco are commonly low-slope or flat roofs. ARR works with small and mid-size commercial properties on inspections, preventive maintenance, leak repairs, new installations, and full roof replacement.
Every project begins by understanding the roof, property, and business below it.
A thorough inspection is the starting point for reliable roofing solutions. Initial inspections help identify leaks, debris, membrane wear, drainage concerns, storm damage, and areas that may need immediate repair.
ARR documents findings with photos so property owners can clearly understand roof conditions and roofing needs.
Schedule commercial roof inspections at least twice per year, with additional inspection after significant hail or wind events.
Regular inspections and preventive maintenance can help identify developing problems before they contribute to larger repairs or premature roof-system deterioration. Preventive maintenance can also reduce costly repairs by identifying smaller issues before moisture or deterioration spreads.
Commercial roof repairs should address the source, not only the visible symptom. Water can enter around seams, penetrations, transitions, drainage areas, or damaged membrane and appear elsewhere inside.
Our experienced team uses inspection findings to define the repair scope and document the work clearly.
A commercial roof replacement may be appropriate when the system reaches its lifespan, develops widespread deterioration, or no longer supports cost-effective maintenance.
Before full replacement, a professional inspection is essential. We document the condition, explain findings, and prepare a clear scope and quote.
Commercial roof installation requires planning around materials, drainage, insulation, penetrations, attachment, weather exposure, and construction requirements. Frisco requires municipal permits for commercial roofing work and enforces the International Building Code. Contractors performing commercial work must also be registered with the city.
ARR coordinates the roofing process with attention to scheduling, safety, workmanship, and minimizing unnecessary disruption to the business.
Commercial roofing materials include TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal. The right system depends on the building rather than a single universal answer.
We evaluate thermal reflectivity, wind uplift, hail resistance, drainage, insulation, roof access, expected lifespan, and property use before recommending materials.
TPO is commonly used on flat and low-slope commercial buildings. It is known for excellent UV resistance and a reflective surface that can support energy efficient performance in a hot climate.
Its reflective surface can help reduce rooftop heat absorption, making TPO especially relevant for many North Texas commercial properties.
EPDM roofing is known for durability, flexibility, and resistance to leaks and harsh weather. It can perform well on low-slope commercial roofs when the system is properly designed, installed, and maintained.
Suitability depends on roof geometry, drainage, exposure, and project requirements.
Modified bitumen combines asphalt with additives that improve flexibility and durability. It is a proven commercial roofing material for certain buildings where layered protection and dependable weather resistance are priorities.
A professional assessment helps determine whether modified bitumen fits the existing roof and long-term goals.
Properly designed and maintained standing seam metal systems are commonly selected when long service life and durability are priorities.
Performance depends on correct detailing, fastening, flashing, thermal movement allowances, and ongoing maintenance.
Hail and wind are major considerations for commercial roofing in Frisco. After a severe storm, a free roof inspection can document impact areas, membrane damage, leaks, debris, and other visible conditions.
Timely documentation can help prevent developing damage from being overlooked.
Filing an insurance claim after storm damage can be daunting. Documentation is crucial, and timely communication with your insurance company matters throughout the claim process.
ARR can provide roof-condition photos, inspection findings, and project documentation for an insurance adjuster and property owner.
A predictable process helps keep a commercial roofing project organized:
Commercial roofing affects access, operating hours, tenant activity, deliveries, and day-to-day business. ARR emphasizes clear communication so property managers know what is happening, what comes next, and how work may affect the property.
That organized approach helps reduce avoidable disruption from initial consultation through final walkthrough.

ARR focuses on small to mid-size commercial properties up to approximately 15,000 square feet, allowing hands-on project oversight and organized communication throughout the job.
If you are evaluating a new roof, repair, maintenance plan, or full replacement for a Frisco commercial property, we can help clarify the condition and next steps.
If your commercial roof is aging, leaking, showing storm damage, or approaching replacement, start with a professional inspection.
American Roofing and Restorations provides free commercial roof inspections in Frisco, TX with documented findings and clear recommendations. Request your inspection or free estimate to begin planning with a reliable commercial roofing team.
The answer depends on roof age, damage extent, leak history, membrane condition, drainage, and whether problems are isolated or system-wide. A thorough inspection provides the evidence needed to determine the appropriate path.
At least twice per year is a strong schedule, with additional inspections after major hail, wind, or severe thunderstorm events. Regular inspections can reveal problems early and support long term performance.
There is no single system for every building. TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and standing seam metal each have different performance characteristics. The right fit depends on roof slope, drainage, heat exposure, wind uplift, hail resistance, and building use.
Frisco requires municipal permits for commercial roofing work, and applicable projects must comply with local building-code requirements. Permit needs should be confirmed during project planning.
Yes. A free inspection can document visible roof conditions, leaks, debris, and storm damage so you have organized information when discussing a potential claim with your provider.
