“We had an addition put on our house in 2023 and the general contractor that provided us the service did not install the roof to industry standard. The roof line was not even and didn’t have any type of smooth transition. There was an error in the trusses, the shingles were damaged and not installed to industry standard, the nails were half driven in some areas, the bathroom vent was not installed correctly or connected for ventilation or installed per code, there was no drip edge, exposed nails with no silicone, and the pipe plumbing boot was wrong. We had 2 roof leaks at the tie in, and they refused to fix their work.
I called 4 roofing companies for estimates to fix the issues. When I called Brian, he was out the same day and inspected the roof, and typed up a report within days. He was very honest and upfront with no type of sales pitch or pushy to get the job. He was the most expensive quote, but what set him apart and why I chose his company from everyone else was his honesty and response.
He estimated my job in September but did not correct the roof until spring because it was close to winter, and he wanted to make sure it was warm enough for shingles to acclimate, and I had no problems waiting. He wanted to protect my investment and do a good job.
When his team came in May of 2024, they were very professional and skilled at their position. It left me speechless and sleeping well at night knowing there would be no roof leaks. They removed the entire roof and had to use special carpentry skills to match the roofline because of poor framing and truss errors. Brian had to bring in a specialist foreman to correct the roofline that specializes in errors in trusses that are improperly installed.
If you are looking for a company with integrity that is skilled and educated, then this is your company hands down! I will be recommending Brian and his team to anyone looking for roofing or gutters. Brian is your guy.”
